Jesus' Kingdom not of this World

Joh 18:35 Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done?

John 18:36  Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Joh 18:37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

Expounding and Testifying the Kingdom

 Acts 28:23

And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening.

Who Inherits the Kingdom

   Daniel 2:44

According to the Bible, in the book of Daniel, it reads, And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people,  but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Who Will Inherit the Kingdom of God

Speak the Wisdom of God

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit search all things, yea, the deep things of God.

(1 Corinthians 2)

The Parable of the Tares

  Mt 13:36 -43

Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;  The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.  As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.  Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

You Must Be Born Again

  John 3:3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

How to Inherit the Kingdom of Christ and God

Ephesians 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;

Ephesians 5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

Ephesians 5:3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

Ephesians 5:4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

Ephesians 5:5  For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

The Kingdom of Jesus Christ

 Revelation 1:9

I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

His Seed Established Forever

Psalm 89:4 Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.

Psalm 89:5  And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints

Psalm 89:6  For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?

Forever Kingdom

 Daniel 6:26

I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and stedfast for ever, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even unto the end.

Seek Ye First the Kingdom

 Luke 12:31

But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Kingdom of God Like Little Child

 Luke 18:17

Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

Where to Find this Kingdom

Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

The Kingdom of God

 Luke chapter 12 verse 31

And he said unto his disciples, therefore I say unto you take no thought for your life what you shall eat, neither for the body what ye shall put on, the life is more than meat and the body is more than remnant.

consider the Ravens for they neither sow nor reap which neither have storehouses nor barns, but God feedeth them” how much more are you better than the fowls?

And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit? If you then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest.

Consider the lilies how they grow they toil not they spend not and yet I say unto you that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

If then God so clothe the grass which is today in the field and tomorrow is cast into the oven how much more will he clothe you? O Ye of little faith?

And seek not ye what ye shall eat or what you shall drink neither be ye of doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things but rather seek ye the Kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you

Kingdom of God

Luke chapter 13:18

Then said he, Unto what is the Kingdom of God like? and where unto shall I resemble it?

It is like a grain of mustard seed which a man took and cast into his garden, and it grew and waxed a great tree and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.

And again, he said, Where unto shall I liken the Kingdom of God? It is like leavened which a woman took and here in three measures of meal to the whole was leavened.

Word of Life

 1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)

3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Jesus Begins His Ministry

And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.  And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.

And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.

And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.  And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.   And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.   ( Luke 4:14-21 )

  2 Corinthians 12:9

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

The Constellations

That which may be known of God is made known in them (Romans 1:19)

The Stars are numbered and named.  There are twelve signs of the Zodiac called the Stars.  Genesis 37:9, says that the eleven stars bowed down to Joseph, Joseph being the twelve.

The word Zodiac means the degree or steps which mark the stages of the Sun's path through the heavens, corresponding with the twelve months.

The Stars were all named by God, Psalm 147: 4 reads, He tell the number of the stars; he call them all by their names.  Most of the names of the stars have been lost, but there are over one hundred names still being used  by Astronomers today although their meaning is unknown to them.

The stars are constant, they do not change in their prediction.  God is a God that changes not

Many of them are used in the scriptures, like in Job 9:9, Job 9:8 Which alone spreads out the heavens, and treads upon the waves of the sea Job 9:9 Which makes Arcturus, Orion, and Pleiades, and the chambers of the south. Job 9:10 Which does great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number.

Job 38:31 Can you bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion? Job 38:32 Can you bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or can you guide Arcturus with his sons?  Job 38:33 Know you the ordinances of heaven? can you set the dominion thereof in the earth?

Amos 5:8 Seek him that make the seven stars and Orion, and turn the shadow of death into the morning, and make the day dark with night: that calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name:

In Genesis chapter one, God created the stars for signs and seasons, for days and year.  For 2,500 years, the revelation of the hope which God gave in Genesis chapter three, was presented in the naming of the stars and their grouping in the signs and constellations.  The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament show his handy work, day unto day they utter speech, and night unto night they show knowledge.
The truth of heaven and on earth is written in the heavens where

no human hands can altar the work.

The Parable of the Great Supper

 Lu 22:16 -24

For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.  And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.

Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many:  And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.

And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.

And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused.  And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come

So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.

And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.

And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.   For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper

The Kingdom of God At Hand

Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Speak the Kingdom of God

Luke 9:11 And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spake unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing.

The Most High Rules in the Kingdom

Daniel 5:21 And he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses: they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.

New Jerusalem Is Coming Down from Heaven

  Re 3:7 ¶ And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

Re 3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Re 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

Re 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Re 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Revelation 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Re 3:13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Worthy of the Kingdom

Parable of the Vineyard

Mt 21:33 ¶ Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:

The Parable of the Door

Joh 10:1 ¶ Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

Joh 10:2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. Joh 10:3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.

John 10:4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. Joh 10:5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

John 10:6 This parable Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

John 10:7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

John 10:8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

John 10:12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

John 10:13  The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

John 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

John 10:15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

John 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.

John 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

The Parable of the Fig Tree

Mt 24:32 ¶ Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

Learn the Parable of the Fig Tree

Mr 13:28 ¶ Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near: Mr 13:29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors. Mr 13:30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

Lu 21:29 ¶ And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;

The Kingdom not for outward Show

Luke 17:20 ¶ And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

The Parable of the Unrighteous Judge

 Luke 18:1 ¶ And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

Luke 18:2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:

Luke 18:3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.  Lu 18:4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; Lu 18:5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. Lu 18:6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.

Luke 18:7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?  Lu 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?  Lu 18:9 ¶ And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:

Solomon King Of Israel

1Kings 2:10 So David slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David.

1Kings 2:11 The period that David reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years he reigned in Hebron, and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years.

A New King

1Kings 2:12 ¶ Then sat Solomon upon the throne of David his father; and his kingdom was established greatly.

In the book of 1 Chronicles it reads:

1Chronicles 29:23 ¶ Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him

1Chronicles 29:24 And all the princes, and the mighty men, and all the sons likewise of king David, submitted themselves unto Solomon the king.

1Chronicles 29:25 And the LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel

1Chronicles 29:26 Thus David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel.

1Chronicles 29:27 And the time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem

1Chronicles 29:28 And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honour: and Solomon his son reigned in his stead.

1Chronicles 29:29 Now the acts of David the king, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of Samuel the seer, and in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the book of Gad the seer,

1Chronicles 29:30 With all his reign and his might, and the times that went over him, and over Israel, and over all the kingdoms of the countries.

1Chronicles 23:1 ¶ So when David was old and full of days, he made Solomon his son king over Israel.

The Parable of the Seed

 The Parable of the Seed

Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Luke 8:11-15

The Kingdom of God is Now Preached

Luke 16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.

Jerusalem Above is Free

My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,  I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice; for I stand in doubt of you.  Tell me, ye that desire to be under the law,
Jerusalem above is free

do ye not hear the law?  For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.  But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.

For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.    But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.  Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.

So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free. (Galatians 4: 19-31)

Jerusalem

A New Heaven and Earth

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

A New and A New Earth

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.

And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, (Revelation 21:1-10)

Hebrews 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

Jebusite the Aboriginal name of Jerusalem

What can we learn from the Bible about Jerusalem?  In the book of  Judges we read where Jerusalem was once called Jebusite.

Now after the death of Joshua it came to pass that the children of Israel asked the LORD, saying, "Who shall be first to go up for us against the Canaanites to fight against them?"

And the LORD said, "Judah shall go up. Indeed I have delivered the land into his hand."

So Judah said to Simeon his brother, "Come up with me to my allotted territory, that we may fight against the Canaanites; and I will likewise go with you to your allotted territory." And Simeon went with him.

Then Judah went up, and the LORD delivered the Canaanites and the Perizzites into their hand; and they killed ten thousand men at Bezek. And they found Adoni-Bezek in Bezek, and fought against him; and they defeated the Canaanites and the Perizzites.

Then Adoni-Bezek fled, and they pursued him and caught him and cut off his thumbs and big toes.

And Adoni-Bezek said, "Seventy kings with their thumbs and big toes cut off used to gather scraps under my table; as I have done, so God has repaid me." Then they brought him to Jerusalem, and there he died.

Now the children of Judah fought against Jerusalem and took it; they struck it with the edge of the sword and set the city on fire.

And afterward the children of Judah went down to fight against the Canaanites who dwelt in the mountains, in the South, and in the lowland.

Then Judah went against the Canaanites who dwelt in Hebron. (Now the name of Hebron was formerly Kirjath Arba.) And they killed Sheshai, Ahiman, and Talmai.

From there they went against the inhabitants of Debir. (The name of Debir was formerly Kirjath Sepher.)

Then Caleb said, "Whoever attacks Kirjath Sepher and takes it, to him I will give my daughter Achsah as wife."

And Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother, took it; so he gave him his daughter Achsah as wife.

Now it happened, when she came to him, that she urged him to ask her father for a field. And she dismounted from her donkey, and Caleb said to her, "What do you wish?"

So she said to him, "Give me a blessing; since you have given me land in the South, give me also springs of water." And Caleb gave her the upper springs and the lower springs.

Now the children of the Kenite, Moses' father-in-law, went up from the City of Palms with the children of Judah into the Wilderness of Judah, which lies in the South near  Arad; and they went and dwelt among the people.

And Judah went with his brother Simeon, and they attacked the Canaanites who inhabited Zephath, and utterly destroyed it. So the name of the city was called Hormah.

Also Judah took Gaza with its territory, Ashkelon with its territory, and Ekron with its territory.

So the LORD was with Judah. And they drove out the mountaineers, but they could not drive out the inhabitants of the lowland, because they had chariots of iron.

And they gave Hebron to Caleb, as Moses had said. Then he expelled from there the three sons of Anak.

But the children of Benjamin did not drive out the Jebusites who inhabited Jerusalem; so the Jebusites dwell with the children of Benjamin in Jerusalem to this day.

  • patrial from 2982; a Jebusite or inhabitant of Jebus:--Jebusite(-s).
  •  from 947; trodden, i.e. threshing-place; Jebus, the aboriginal name of Jerusalem:--Jebus.

( Unto this day.] As the Jebusites dwelt in Jerusalem till the days of David, by whom they were driven out, and the author of the book of Judges states them to have been in possession of Jerusalem when he wrote; therefore this book was written before the reign of David. (ACC)

Joshua 15:63 As for the Jebusites the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out: but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem unto this day.

Joshua 18:28 And Zelah, Eleph, and Jebusi, which is Jerusalem, Gibeath, and Kirjath; fourteen cities with their villages. This is the inheritance of the children of Benjamin according to their families.

1Chronicals 11:4 And David and all Israel went to Jerusalem, which is Jebus, where the Jebusites were, the inhabitants of the land.

According to the Bible in the book of Matthew, it reads,  Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way.But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. So the servants of the owner came and said to him, 'Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?'

He said to them, 'An enemy has done this.' The servants said to him, 'Do you want us then to go and gather them up?' But he said, 'No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them.

Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, "First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn."'"

Matthew 13:24-30

Parable of the Wedding Feast

 Luke 14: 7-15

And he put forth a parable to those which were bidden, when he marked how they chose out the chief rooms; saying unto them,

  When thou art bidden of any man to a wedding, sit not down in the highest room; lest a more honourable man than thou be bidden of him;

And he that bade thee and him come and say to thee, Give this man place; and thou begin with shame to take the lowest room.

But when thou art bidden, go and sit down in the lowest room; that when he that bade thee cometh, he may say unto thee, Friend, go up higher: then shalt thou have worship in the presence of them that sit at meat with thee.

For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.

But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:

And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.

The Words of Jesus Christ is What We Speak

His words will stand forever,  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away., so speak his words ( Mt 24:35)

His words are words of eternal life, Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.  (John 6:68)

His words are the Father's words, Believe you not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak to you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwell in me, he does the works.  (John 14:10)

His words are Spirit and they are Life,  It is the spirit that quicken; the flesh profit nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. (John 6:63)

His word can go for you, when you can't go....send the word,   The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou should come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. ( Matthew 8:8)   He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.  ( Psalm 107:20)

The Words of Jesus Christ is what we speak

If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God give: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. ( 1 Peter 4:11)

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:15-17)

Rise Again,  Matthew 27:63 Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again.

See you Again,   John 16:22 And you now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man take from you.

What Are The Great and Precious Promises

Hold on to his great and  precious promises that by his promises, we might be partakers of his divine nature.  Having escape the corruption that is in the world through lust. (II Peter 1:4)  Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Great and Precious Promises

The word Promise means- to engage to do something, to assert something respecting oneself, to announce upon

The word Precious means - valuable, costly

God has given to us exceeding and precious promises.  Abraham was given a promise, Sarah was given a promise, Rahab was given a promise, and they trusted in him who gave them the promise. We are given great and precious promises so that we may be partakers of his divine (godlike) nature.

We are the children of Promise, Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

We were sealed with  the Holy Spirit of Promise, In whom you also trusted, after that you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that you believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise

For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

We have received the promise of Eternal Inheritance,  And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

We have received the promise of the Spirit through faith, That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

We are heirs according to the promise,  And if you be Christ's, then are you Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

We have a promise of a new heaven and earth,  Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness.
We have a promise of eternal life,  And this is the promise that he has promised us, even eternal life.

As Abraham, believed God, let us look to his example,  Abraham believed God, Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, "So shall your seed be."   And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara's womb:  He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;  And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Are you fully persuaded that what God has promised he is able to perform? Let us not stagger at the promises of God through unbelief, but let us be strong in faith giving glory to God....Amen, I love you in Jesus' name

The Kingdom of God Like A Little Child

According to the Bible in the book of Luke, it reads,  Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one

a Pharisee, and the other a publican.  The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.  And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.

But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

Luke 18:10-17
