The Good Shepherd For Israel

 Ezekiel 34:13 And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.

Ezekiel 34:14 I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.

Ezekiel 34:15 I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.

Ezekiel 34:16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

In Ezekiel 34, the Lord addresses the shepherds of Israel, rebuking them for their self-centeredness and neglect of their responsibilities. These shepherds were meant to care for the flock, but instead, they exploited the sheep for their own gain. Here are some key points from this chapter:
  1. Woe to the Shepherds: The Lord pronounces a “woe” upon the shepherds who prioritize themselves over the well-being of the flock. They have not strengthened the weak, healed the sick, or sought the lost sheep. Their harsh rule has led to the scattering of the people, leaving them vulnerable to wild animals


God’s Promise: Despite the failures of human shepherds, God Himself declares that He will take charge. He will search for His scattered sheep, rescue them, and bring them back to their own land. The mountains of Israel will become their safe haven, and they will be tended with justice. God will distinguish between the righteous and the wayward

  1. Restoration and Safety: The Lord promises to provide a land renowned for its crops, where famine will no longer afflict His people. They will live in safety, knowing that God is with them. He declares, “You are my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, and I am your God” 

 Ezekiel 34 speaks of God’s compassion, restoration, and commitment to being the true Shepherd for His people

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament show his handy work. 

The Heavens Declare the Glory of GodLet's translate the word " Declare", for a better understanding of  Psalm 19. It reads, The heavens declare the glory of God;  What do the heavens do? They declare. The word declare has several meanings, but the ones I want to focus on are these, show forth, speak,  talk, tell (out), writer.

The heavens show forth, speak,  talk, tell (out), writer.  Nowwhat does the heavens do? They show forth, speak, talk, tell (out), writer. and according to scripture, they show forth, speak,  talk, tell (out), and writer the glory of God.

If the Heavens speak, or tells us about  the glory of God, then how did man get it twisted that the heavens speak about him and his day to day life?

How did man come to believe that the heavens speak about him?  Man is reading himself in God's creation, he is reading the heavens as if it speaks about him. For instance, "My horoscope says for me today...Your horoscope....... Man is reading the heavens as if it tells about him, and he is stealing God's glory.  The heavens do not speak about man they speak and tells us about the glory of God.

Predestination

 Predestined into the Adoption of Children

Predestination into children Ephesians 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,


So that we are on the same page, I like to translate words. The word, Predestinated is translated,  "To limit in advance", i.e. (figuratively) predetermine:--determine before, ordain, predestinate. It was determine before hand that we were going to be children of God by Jesus Christ according to the good pleasure of his will.


Adoption of children by (or through) Jesus Christ.  What does this means.  Let me share with you a story about a man that fell in love with a woman that had five children.  He loved her so much and wanted her to be his wife so badly that he was willing to adopt her five children as his own. So he did. Well, after several years of marriage, the marriage ended in a divorce, and the wife went to the courts to seek child support.

 The man thinking that, since the children were not his biological children,  the courts could not make him pay child support for her five children.

The judge explained to the man, that when you adopt children, by law, they become your biological children. It is as if he fathered those five children with his wife, and the law held him accountable and he had to pay child support for those five children.   As far as the law is concerned he was their biological father.

This is what adoption has done for us, this is why the Holy Spirit uses the word in Ephesians,  Adoption.  It is a strong word that carries with it ALL RIGHTS.  Once we have been adopted, we supernaturally become the children of God. This can not be revoked and no man can override God
spiritual laws.

Every demon in hell recognizes you as a child of God  The Devil does not have any legal authority over you, he can not over ride God, so don't let him tell you that you are not a child of God and that God don't want or love you. God does not modify or change his mind about his children like man. You are his forever.

We have the legal authority in earth to operate as the children of  God.  So use your legal authority, children of God.

Psalm 22:28 For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and he is the governor among the nations.

 Psalm 103:19  The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

 Psalm 145:13 Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations

This is God's kingdom in which the born again believer lives,  God governs in his kingdom and in his kingdom he rules over all and his dominion endures throughout all generation

God ruling authority, He sets up his kingdom and he establishes it. It's his house, he makes all the rules which we are govern by.  As Born again believers we are to preach the kingdom of heaven, we do not altar or change God's rules.

Jesus said that to enter into the kingdom of heaven, Ye must be born again, John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

blue sky with white clouds and a bright sunJohn 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God......God's rule you must be born again to enter into the kingdom of God, you cannot come in no other way.

Paul says, in Corinthians, Be not deceived, the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God.  Who are the unrighteous?

1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,   Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

For us to inherit the kingdom of God we must be washed, sanctified, justified, in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.  Some of us were effeminate, some of us were thieves, some of us were revilers and extortioners, adulterers, drunkards, covetous, and we abused ourselves with mankind, For us to inherit, we must be washed, its God kingdom, it's his rule, don't hate the messengers of God and think they are against you, you like every born again believer, must be wash.

The Bible Redemption

Jesus paid it All
 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; (Ephesians 1:7)

Redemption means deliverance from some evil by payment of a price.  The enemy had taken us captive, to be released from the one who held us captive, a price had to be paid called a ransom, Christ's death was given as a ransom for many.

Mark 10:45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

 something to loosen with, i.e. a redemption price (figuratively, atonement):--ransom. 
 to "loosen" (literally or figuratively):--break (up), destroy, dissolve, (un-)loose, melt, put off. Compare 4486. 
Ac 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Christ's blood was the redemption price paid down for our salvation

a primitive root, to redeem (according to the Oriental law of kinship), i.e. to be the next of kin (and as such to buy back a relative's property, marry his widow, etc.):--X in any wise, X at all, avenger, deliver, (do, perform the part of near, next) kinsfolk(-man), purchase, ransom, redeem(-er), revenger.

Manaen the Prophet

His name is Manean, his name is translated, Comforter," and he is found in the New Testament among the prophets and teachers in the church.  Acts 13:1  Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.    And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.

 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
